Biographical History: Wilmer, born on Oct 4th of 1995 and came to live at the Good Shepherd Children's Home in June of 2007. When Wilmir Francisco arrived he was a very happy little boy but in definite need of medical attention. It was first thought that he was bitten by a snake when he was little, which had created a hole in the bottom of his foot. Later it was determined that his condition affected him at birth. Doctors are attempting to save his foot but things are not looking good. In spite of his restrictions meant to keep his foot dry and clean Wilmir Francisco is a happy boy who will play where boys play, but even when he can not he still smiles. This strength and hope is key to his dealing with his physical problem. Wilmir Francisco needs someone to stand with him.
