Biographical History: Alisa, born Feb. 3, 1999 came to live at the Good Shepherd Children?s Home in Feb. of 2006. She arrived with three brothers and three sisters. Alisa?s family is very poor and unable to provide the basics for their children. Learning there was hope at the GSCH her parents made the choice to place Alisa and her siblings where they would be assured the basics and learn of God?s love for them. At first, Alisa was very angry about the decision her parents made. Nevertheless, slowly she began to respond. Her angry slowly melted as she learned that God loves her and He shows his love through others. Now Alisa has come to terms with the fact that she is a little girl who needs to play, go to school, and enjoy all the things little girls enjoy. Will you pray for her and be a part of her recovery?
