Biographical History: Chena came to live at the Good Shepherd Children's Home on October 13, 1999. Her birthday is February 9, 1996. She is very tiny due to malnutrition in her young life but was still a little bolt of energy. Her mother who was trying to cope with reality by abusing alcohol was raising Chena. On one occasion, Chena was left unattended on the street so authorities stepped in to protect her. Several months after Chena came to the GSCH her mother passed away due to alcohol abuse. Chena is such a sweet little girl and captures the heart of everyone. She loves to run and play and is very energetic. She is learning to obey and do well. She is doing so well in school. She is learning more about the Lord each day and to hear her pray is so precious. Her prayers are so sincere and from the heart. Chena still needs your help, not only in prayer but also financially.
